Ejection & Ban Policy Members of the staff have the right to eject any guest from this facility at any time for any reason. Guests must wait 24 hours after being ejected to attempt to return to this facility. Guests ejected for a second time within one year will be permanently banned from this facility. Underage Policy All guests must be 18 years of age or older to enter the facility. Any individual that is found under the age of 18 years old will be immediately ejected from this facility. Sexual Consent Policy If a guest is sexually interested in another guest, they must get their verbal or physical consent before pursuing other guests in a sexual manner. Any guest that does not obtain sexual consent or harasses other guests will be ejected. Drugs, Alcohol, & Weapons Policy Drugs, alcohol, and weapons are strictly forbidden in the facility. Any guest that brings any of these items into the facility will be ejected. Prostitution Policy Prostitution is illegal and any person that is found to be soliciting sexual favors in exchange for monetary gain will be ejected from the facility. Local law enforcement will also be notified about any illegal behavior. Smoking Policy The facility and grounds are completely nonsmoking. This includes all cigarettes and vape smoking. Any person who smokes or vapes within the facility will be ejected. Camera Policy For the privacy of our guests, cameras and camera phones are not to be used while in the facility. Any person who takes video or pictures of the facility or guests will be ejected. Refund Policy Refunds will not be given under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to overall guest experience issues, broken equipment, facility outages, low guest attendance, and ejection or banishment from the facility. Bag Policy Guests may bring a small bag for extra clothing or toiletries needed. All bags will be searched by staff. Any item found that is forbidden such as outside food or drink, drugs, alcohol, or weapons will be confiscated. If such items are illegal to possess, local law enforcement will be notified. Damages Policy Guests are responsible for any damages to rooms, lockers, and facilities during their stay. Damage fees of up to $250.00 will be charged back to the guest that causes any damages. Guests are responsible for paying all damage fees before their next visit. Food & Drink Policy There is no outside food or drink allowed into the facility. Guests must consume or throw away any food or drink before entering the facility. Once inside, a limited menu of items will be available for cash purchases.
